Shipping & Returns
All Orders will be shipped within couple of days of the order submission, unless otherwise specified by HikingHelp. Gameathlon uses different fastest, reliable sources for shipment of all purchases. When the order is shipped, the customer will be emailed status of their order so that the customer can track their order. Gameathlon declines any responsibility for delays caused by the Post Office, by customs clearance procedures or those of other regulatory agencies or delays caused by Acts of Good. Meanwhile, it is your responsibilities to pay the local customs duties.
In the rare and unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, HikingHelp will assist the purchaser in filing all pertinent paper work.

A claim for a lost or stolen package can be filed with local post office after 30 (thirty) days (after the shipping date).

Order discrepancies (orders that are incorrect) must be reported to HikingHelp Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise (the date carrier lists the package as received) by email to support@HikingHelp.com. Failure in doing so will relieve HikingHelp of any liability. If a customer has signed a waiver with the courier to leave the packages without a signature, HikingHelp will not reimburse for lost packages.

Other Fees: Please be advised that you are responsible for payment of duties and taxes for your purchase.

Pre-Orders/Backorders: Pre-orders need to be placed separately from other titles and are charged at the time the order is placed to guarantee and expedite the order when it is ready to ship. If a partial shipment exists, we will ship the first package according to the shipping method chosen at the time the order is placed. The rest of the games will be shipped via ground, unless the customer is willing to pay for expedited shipping. This will also apply to backordered games. HikingHelp continually updates its web site so that it contains the most current release date provided by the publisher. We know that the release dates are very important to a business but please note, that on occasions publishers may run into difficulties delivering on time and/or may change release dates. A customer may cancel a pre-order by contacting HikingHelp Customer Service 5 business days prior to the published release date to receive a cancellation confirmation number.
